Stephanie Hansen joined Stone & Youngberg in 2007 with six years of public sector financial and management consulting experience. Prior to joining Stone & Youngberg, Ms. Hansen spent two years with Public Financial Management (“PFM”) providing financial advisory services to over $2 billion of municipal debt issues primarily related to transportation issuers. Her financing experience includes fixed rate, auction rate and variable rate interest modes, tax-exempt, AMT and taxable financings.
Prior to joining PFM, Ms. Hansen spent four years with Financial Consulting Solutions Group providing financial consulting services to municipal clients. Her work included financial planning and forecasting, revenue requirement analysis, cost recovery objective analysis, stakeholder outreach, reserve analysis and policy development.
Ms. Hansen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and a certificate in quantitative managerial economics from the University of Washington.
